We operate our own Vehicle Manufacturers Appointed Authoriseed Treatment Facility, we use this as a test bed for all of our product range, giving us a unique position within the industry, continually developing and testing all of our equipment and methods in this real life working environment, as the ELV industry develops so will our product range.

In order to gain a better understanding of your business we offer all prospective clients a free ½ day consultancy. One of our engineers will visit your site to gain an insight into your present and future businesses needs and individual requirements so that we can then tailor a bespoke system that is not only relevant to your needs but also in a style and manner that fits in with your corporate image.

In addition to our full range of spares we offer a commprehensive on site servicing and inspection service to meet with your insurance requirements. Our engineers are experienced in all aspects of depollution and know how to get the best out of the equipment, for one off service or breakdown calls or for our annual service packages call the engineers.

We can often solve problems by telephone for simple breakdowns.

Using our overnight spare parts delivery service we can supply for your own fitters to maintain with technical help at the end of the phone.

Equipment if required can also be returned by courier for repair or refurbishment in our own workshop.

 

With many traditional yards closing, many of AutoDrains Starter pack customers have seen big increases in the volume of vehicles they are processing.

Our systems are designed to be easily expanded, to make more profit from the depollution process - for free consultation regarding a cost effective up-grade, contact our team.

On completion of installation work our engineers will stay on site to train your staff in the safe and efficient use of all our equipment, we will ensure that your supervisor receives enough information to enable them to get the best from the equipment by using your staff to carry out an efficient depollution process. SAFETY FIRST!

AutoDrain has liased with the UK's Health & Safety Executive, The Fire Brigades safety officers, the Environment Agency and other independent safety specialists to bring our systems to the market. All our equipment therefore meets or exceeds the standards of all regulatory and advisory bodies.

All depollution and dismantling work on an end of life vehicle can be done in one place including the removal of wheels, plastic, glass and spare parts. Individual fluids drained from the vehicle are either sucked or pushed away to storage tanks.

With the potential volumes of vehicles that may be treated, particular care has been taken in the design to reduce the risks of repetitive strain injury (RSI). For example our patented load and lift system which makes it easy to raise the vehicle to the right height for the job. This means that there is no need for the operator to either bend, stretch or climb steps to undertake the work.The design also allows all the vehicle’s doors to be opened fully for safe easy access to the interior.
